How does the 15-day free trial work? Do I need a card?
The 15-day free trial is for the paid plans, Scale and Growth, and it does need a card, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before the 15 days are up, with no commitment. Starter has no trial because it's free: you only pay for what you send.
What is the included credit?
Paid plans include credit every month to spend on messages: €30 on Growth and €80 on Scale. It's used before your own balance and renews on your subscription's renewal date.
What changes if I pay annually?
You get 2 months free: you pay for 10 months, and the whole year is billed upfront.
What is the minimum top-up on Starter?
Starter has no monthly fee: you top up your balance and pay per message. The minimum top-up is €25.
How is each message charged? Does it depend on the country?
Yes. Each message is charged at the rate of the country it goes to, which the carriers set, and paid plans get a better rate per message. The calculator on this page has every country.
Which countries is RCS available in?
RCS reaches fewer countries than SMS and grows as carriers open it. In the calculator's country list, the ones with RCS are marked RCS + SMS.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. An upgrade applies right away and you pay the prorated part of the current period; a downgrade applies at the end of the period. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then moves to Starter. Your account and data stay.
Do prices include taxes?
No. Prices don't include taxes; they're added at checkout based on your billing details.
