Instinct

The personal assistant in your WhatsApp, with your audience at hand. You approve the send.

Instinct is a personal assistant you text on WhatsApp, iMessage or SMS, and it acts across your apps the way you would. Give it Instasent and your marketing is one more chat: ask how yesterday's campaign went from the queue at the airport, and the figures, the report or the draft come back in the same thread. Sending waits for you.

Instinct, working on a real project

Connect Instinct to your project

The fast way. Paste this prompt into Instinct and it does the three steps for you.

Or do it by hand:

  1. 1

    Text Instinct

Open your chat with Instinct on WhatsApp, iMessage or SMS. Instinct is invite-only for now: you need access to your own assistant first.

  2. 2

    Give it Instasent

Ask it to connect Instasent and send it the address of the MCP server. Sign in from the link it sends you and choose the project and what you allow. No API key to copy.

  3. 3

    Check it

Ask it how many contacts you can reach by SMS. If the figure matches your project, you are connected.

What to ask Instinct

  • How did yesterday's campaign go? Just the three figures that matter.
  • Send me the quarter's report as a PDF before my 4pm meeting.
  • Tell me on Friday morning how many contacts we can reach by RCS for the weekend drop.
  • Draft an SMS for customers who haven't bought in 90 days and send it here for me to check.

What Instinct will not do on its own

It reads everything.
Audience, campaigns, flows and results of the project you connect.
It creates and leaves it ready.
Segments and campaign drafts, prepared for you to review.
It never sends.
Sending waits for your approval, every time. No agent sends on its own.
